Punta Colonet Airport at Ojos Negros?

There is a report that the SCT is conducting studies concerning a possible airport to be built in the fairly barren agricultural area of Ojos Negros, with the objective of having that facility serve the planned mega-port, mega-city at Punta Colonet.
