Punta Colonet Land for Sale (A Pre-Port Construction Bargain?)

Hmmmm... Is it time to start buying land in Punta Colonet, ahead of the first shovel for construction of a mega-port and mega-city? A new ad just appeared on the Internet for a 2.5 acre lot, featuring an "ocean front view" of the whole port area. Asking $55,000. Sounds like a steal!
